I took Gidget to a Lure Coursing fun day today. I had the camera hanging from my neck and didn't take the time to zoom in. It's a pretty bad video, but you get the idea. It was fun and Gidget was happy to chase, though she wasn't sure what to do when the lure stopped moving, til she saw me. We might just try CAT (coursing ability test) which is a 600 yard course (not a straight line) that the dog has to complete in 2 min. There's a 300 yard, 1.5 min. version for dogs under 12 inches and dogs with flat noses (brachycephalic). There are AKC titles for it which would be fairly easy to get, and it'd be fun!
